Yes. reKreatorzy by Marmel Media® handles uniformed and costume reconstruction in a broad sense - not limited to police themes.

Absolutely - we work comprehensively. We can combine several formations within a single scene, e.g. riot police with a forensic technician, traffic police with a medical unit, or counterterrorism with patrol cars.

▶What is the process for ordering a scene from Komenda Filmowa Marmel Media®?🔗

The starting point is a production enquiry - a scene description, plot context and shooting method. Based on this we analyse the requirements, select on-screen characters in appropriate uniforms, assemble props and set elements, and plan the scene layout. Please contact us.

reKreatorzy by Marmel Media® supports film sets - we provide costumes, props, vehicles and characters. Music video production itself is handled by Marmel Media® Production.

▶What is the difference between Komenda Filmowa Marmel Media® and reKreatorzy by Marmel Media®?🔗

Komenda Filmowa Marmel Media® is a narrowly specialised sub-brand of reKreatorzy by Marmel Media®, dedicated to comprehensive reconstruction of police scenes on professional film sets. reKreatorzy by Marmel Media® is a broader brand covering uniformed and costume reconstruction in general.

▶Does the film police car have working audio signals (siren)?🔗

By default the film police car does not require an audio siren - sirens are typically added in post-production. However, this option is available on request from the production. More information on the Film police car page.

▶How is the film police car delivered to set?🔗

The vehicle arrives on set with a technical supervisor who can optionally wear a uniform and serve as an additional uniformed driver.

▶Does the film police car have real registration plates?🔗

Yes - the registration plates are matched to the relevant unit assigned to the area specified in the project.

▶Can the film police car be used in night scenes with the LED light bar switched on?🔗

Yes, upon fulfilment of the necessary conditions by the production.

▶Is the film police car insured during the rental period?🔗

The vehicles have standard motor insurance. As acting vehicles (not stunt vehicles) they do not require additional insurance.

▶Does the price of film police car rental depend on the number of shooting days?🔗

▶Can the film police car be parked in frame as a set piece without needing to drive it?🔗

Absolutely - the vehicle is available both as a static set piece prop and as a fully functional acting vehicle.

▶What is the difference between the police car and the Border Guard vehicle in the reKreatorzy by Marmel Media® offer?🔗

The difference comes down to the wrap - the vehicle carries the decals of the relevant formation. The rental procedure is identical.

▶What does the reKreatorzy by Marmel Media® film police car look like - can it be told apart from a real one?🔗

A trained eye will notice the differences, but from a cinematic standpoint the vehicle is sufficiently similar to the original. On film sets, passers-by have repeatedly mistaken it for a real police car.

▶Is the reKreatorzy by Marmel Media® film police car available for rental from a single day?🔗

▶What does the film police car rental service involve?🔗

The service includes rental of a vehicle styled as a police car or Border Guard vehicle (with LED light bar and full markings), along with a driver/technical supervisor, exclusively for film, series, commercial or music video productions. More information on the Film police car page.

▶Is the Border Guard vehicle available on the same terms as the police car?🔗

Yes - exactly the same rental procedure.

▶What do we mean by a shooting day?🔗

The duration of a film set on a given day, up to a maximum of 12 hours.

▶Can the driver also act as an extra?🔗

Yes. The vehicle's technical supervisor can appear in scenes as an extra or bit-part actor in uniform.

▶Can extras in uniformed service costumes also be hired?🔗

Yes. At the client's request, we can provide extras/bit-part actors in styled uniforms of the relevant service. Costs are agreed individually.

▶Can the production drive the vehicle themselves?🔗

No. The vehicle may only be driven by the driver provided by us.

▶Is it possible to activate the light signals on set?🔗

Yes, but only on a closed film set, for filming purposes during a scene.

▶Can I extend the rental period during the event?🔗

Yes, subject to availability and no conflict with other bookings. Terms and the extension rate are agreed individually.

▶Can the vehicle be used in public spaces?🔗

The vehicle is not an emergency vehicle (it is only styled for a specific film set) and its use in public spaces requires: obtaining appropriate permits by the client, notifying the relevant authorities (Police, City Guard) and our consent.

▶Are there additional travel costs?🔗

To minimise rental costs, we default to proposing the vehicle from the base closest to the shoot location (Trójmiasto or Warsaw area). For longer distances, larger vehicle requirements or a specific vehicle request, travel costs are agreed individually.

▶Is accommodation required?🔗

Yes - if the filming location requires an overnight stay or the production lasts more than one day. The client covers accommodation and meal costs for the vehicle supervisor and any extras.

▶What if the client cancels due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, illness)?🔗

If the date is postponed due to circumstances beyond either party's control, we will jointly agree a new date at no extra cost. If the cancellation results in termination of the agreement, it is treated as a contract cancellation.

▶What happens if I cancel the booking at the last minute?🔗

In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental, we are entitled to charge 50% of the agreed costs as compensation.

▶Who is liable for any legal violations in the use of the vehicle or uniforms?🔗

The production bears full legal and financial responsibility for the consequences of illegal or improper use of the vehicle and styling, or failure to obtain the necessary permits.

▶Who is liable for vehicle damage?🔗

The client is liable for damage caused by their own fault or the fault of persons employed by them. All damage must be reported immediately and confirmed in writing.

▶Are reKreatorzy by Marmel Media® vehicles equipped with interior props such as a police computer or radios?🔗

Various vehicle versions with different equipment configurations are available. Details are matched to the scene requirements - please contact us.

▶Can reKreatorzy by Marmel Media® provide service dogs or other animals for scenes?🔗

Yes - working with our partners we have access to service dogs with experience on set. Write to us with a description of the scene and your needs.

It depends on the type of character and the nature of the activities. Please note that the MSWiA Regulation of 18 October 2023 (Journal of Laws 2023 item 2256) permits non-police personnel to wear parts of a police uniform exclusively during film and artistic productions. ▶Can reKreatorzy by Marmel Media® vehicles take part in chase or collision scenes?🔗

Our vehicles are acting vehicles - not stunt vehicles. We do not perform scenes involving vehicle damage or stunt driving.

▶Does reKreatorzy by Marmel Media® support documentary or reportage productions?🔗

Yes - we provide uniforms, characters and vehicles for documentary and reportage productions as well. The scope is agreed individually. Write to us with a description of your project.

If the production requires it - yes.

▶How authentic does your film police car look?🔗

Very. During one shooting day, a real police patrol simply mistook us for fellow officers. Only when they got closer and noticed that one of the uniformed crew wasn't fully dressed - and spotted the film set behind us - did they realise we were acting, not serving. Our fleet consists of either genuine retired service vehicles or civilian cars prepared to match the originals as closely as possible for visual performance on screen.

▶What does the film police car rental package include?🔗

We offer three options depending on your production's needs. The vehicle or vehicles with a handler, when you need a prop in the background. The vehicle or vehicles with a uniformed driver in partial uniform - jacket and cap - for scenes filmed through the window, without getting out. Or the full 3-in-1 package: vehicle or vehicles with fully uniformed cast from head to toe - enabling scenes of getting out, interventions, traffic stops and action outside the vehicle. In all options, side numbers are matched to your production's requirements.

▶Do you travel to film sets across Poland?🔗

Yes. We operate from bases near Trójmiasto and Warsaw, allowing us to efficiently serve productions from Pomerania, Masovia and central Poland. Relocation of the vehicle or vehicles anywhere in Poland is available - just provide the shoot location and planned date, and we will confirm availability and quote the travel cost.

▶How far in advance should the film police car be booked?🔗

The earlier the better. Our vehicles are involved in film and series productions, so to avoid scheduling conflicts it is worth getting in touch well in advance. Share your planned dates and location and we will check availability straight away.

▶Do you have extras in police uniforms?🔗

Yes. We have experienced extras and bit-part actors in authentic uniforms representing various formations and eras - Police, AT, Militia, Water Police, Traffic Police and more. Depending on your production's needs - partial uniform for scenes through the window, or full uniform enabling action outside the vehicle. When required, we can provide more than one person. ▶Can you build a complete police station set?🔗

Yes, we can help with building a police station set - we have the right props and on-set experience to make it work. Get in touch for details.

▶What vehicles do you offer besides the police car?🔗

Beyond our flagship Skoda and Kia police cars, we also have older vehicles, including: a police Fiat Ducato, police VW T4, Militia Nysa and Fiat 125p. Some of the vehicles come from the resources of a partner organisation. If you are looking for a specific vehicle - get in touch, we may well have it.

▶Do you work with advertising agencies?🔗

Yes. We work directly with film and series productions as well as advertising agencies and production houses. If you are preparing a production that requires uniformed vehicles or characters - get in touch.

▶What do I need to provide to release my music?🔗

Please prepare a ZIP file containing: WAV files, cover artwork 1500×1500px (TIF/JPG 100%), a text file with the title, artist, track order, authors, performing rights registration info and explicit content flag. Send via wetransfer.com to records@marmelmedia.com

For digital releases (streaming, online stores) we require exclusivity - the same material cannot be distributed by another label at the same time. Physical releases (CD, vinyl) remain the artist's domain and do not require our approval.

▶Can I record at the Marmel Media® studio without subsequently releasing through the label?🔗

Yes - the studio is a separate service from the label. You can record material with us without any publishing obligations. If you later decide to release it - we are happy to help, but it is always your decision. Write to us for details and availability.

▶Is studio recording included in the release cost?🔗

No - studio recording is a separate service, billed independently from distribution.

▶Does Wydawnictwo Marmel Media® release instrumental music without vocals?🔗

Yes - we release both vocal and instrumental music.

▶Can I withdraw my track from distribution after signing the agreement?🔗

We release any artist who meets the necessary requirements - regardless of their country of origin.

▶Can I release anything with you?🔗

We only release material for which the artist/band holds full copyright. This means original works - not covers (which require written consent from the original authors).

▶If I sign a streaming agreement with you, can I also release the album physically?🔗

Yes, however the same album cannot be released again through another label offering streaming.

▶Do we need to provide our own promotional music videos?🔗

Promotional music videos are provided by the client, however if none is available, we can produce one or create an "official audio" video.

▶Do you release physical albums on CD?🔗

We focus primarily on digital distribution, however a physical release (CD) is possible if needed. Write to us for details.

▶How much does it cost to add an album to the catalogue?🔗

Adding an album is free. We share a pre-agreed percentage of the revenue.

▶How often are royalty reports issued?🔗

At the end of each month we receive consolidated reports covering 2 months prior (e.g. at the end of August we receive the report for June).

▶How long from submission to online publication?🔗

From the submission of a correctly completed form, distribution takes approximately three weeks. The album release date is usually set one month after receiving the materials.

▶When can a payout be requested?🔗

The default minimum payout amount is 200 PLN gross (before tax) due to the artist.

▶Is the estimated amount shown on my YouTube channel what I will actually receive?🔗

No. Currency exchange rates on the report date and intermediary commissions must be taken into account. In addition, individuals have income tax advances deducted from this amount.

▶I have had a YouTube channel longer than I have been in your network. Will I receive earnings accrued before joining?🔗

Unfortunately, reports and settlements apply from the date of joining our partner network. If the channel was not previously part of another network, the accumulated amount remains in the Google AdSense account.

▶Does music released by Wydawnictwo Marmel Media® reach physical stores?🔗

We default to digital distribution - streaming and online stores.

▶Where can I buy books published by Wydawnictwo Marmel Media®?🔗

Books are available through bookstore networks.

▶Does Wydawnictwo Marmel Media® publish audiobooks?🔗

We distribute music to, among others: Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple Music, Tidal, Amazon Music, Deezer and iTunes.

▶Does Wydawnictwo Marmel Media® help with copyright registration or performing rights organisations?🔗

No. Copyright registration and registration with organisations such as ZAIKS is the author's responsibility.

Yes. Wydawnictwo Marmel Media® is a unification of sub-brands under the Marmel Media® umbrella - a natural continuation and development of Marmel Records, expanded to include literary publishing.
